Cihan University-Erbil is one of the first and most prominent private universities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, established in 2007 by the Cihan Group for Scientific Investment. The campus is located on the 100m Road in Erbil and spans an area of about 127,000 square meters. The university offers diverse programs across various colleges, including Engineering, Law, Administrative & Financial Sciences, Health Sciences, and Arts, with English as the primary language of instruction.
